**Currently only offering 1 on 1 or private group classes by request and occasional pop-up classes** A 50 minute slow paced class focused on flexibility and mental wellness that is appropriate for all fitness levels! This class will be a perfect start to your week and the perfect compliment to the other classes offered by YBL Wellness.
