YBL Wellness Classes

Classes are currently offered either live at Bellissima Studio in Center, or via Zoom for certain classes. 

On the main Classes Page click "Book Now" to reserve a spot on the calendar and join us live or from the comfort of your own home!

All classes welcome and accommodate ALL fitness levels.

Classes are offered at a drop in rate of $10.00.

5, 10 or 15 class packages are also available for a discounted rate.

Get RIP'D with Carol

Pump It Up!

RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. RIP presents an effective way to strength train the whole body and burn calories!
**Contact Us if interested in taking this class.  Specific weights are needed for home.

Flex and Flow

Define Yourself!

Flex and Flow is a 50 minute music-driven, athletic workout focusing on flexibility and mobility conditioning, strength training and dynamic movements.  
Participants have the option of solely using body weight or taking it up a notch with the use of dumbbells.
